Common use of Expenses and Insurance Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Insurance. The Company shall reimburse the directors appointed by the holders of Preferred Shares for all reasonable expenses relating to all Board activities, including, without limitation, expenses or fees incurred in relation to attending the Board meetings.
