Expenses and Responsibility. Each party shall bear its own expenses under this Article. BioProgress Plc covenants and agrees to perform and provide all of the matters and information for which BioProgress is responsible under this Article Seven as and to the extent that BioProgress Plc is involved in such relevant activity.
