Expenses; Attorneys’ Fees. Debtor shall reimburse the Secured Party for all its reasonable expenses in connection with the exercise of its rights and remedies hereunder, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses incurred by the Secured Party.
