Common use of Expenses, Charges and Other Services Clause in Contracts

Expenses, Charges and Other Services. The Licensee is entitled to reimbursement for expenses, charges and fees on other services incurred by the Licensee as set out in Item D and E of the Particulars as and when the same are incurred.
