Expenses Claims. Where the artist is entitled to make a claim and where the BBC does not arrange and pay for accommodation, travel or make a payment in advance, receipts must be provided for each item claimed and should be submitted as soon as possible after the expense has been incurred. A claim that is more than 3 months old will only be paid in exceptional circumstances.
