Common use of Expenses for Services Clause in Contracts

Expenses for Services. The CSB shall provide those services funded within the funds and for the costs set forth in Exhibit A and documented in the CSB’s financial management system. The CSB shall distribute its administrative and management expenses across the three program areas (mental health, developmental, and substance use disorder services), emergency services, and ancillary services on a basis that is auditable and satisfies Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. CSB administrative and management expenses shall be reasonable and subject to review by the Department.

The CSB shall distribute its administrative and management expenses across some or all of the three program areas (mental health, developmental, or substance abuse services) and substance use disorder services), emergency services, and ancillary services available outside of a program area on a basis that is auditable and satisfies Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. CSB administrative and management expenses shall be reasonable and subject to review by the Department.
