Common use of Expenses Incurred by Manager on Behalf of Lessee Clause in Contracts

Expenses Incurred by Manager on Behalf of Lessee. Everything done by Manager in the performance of its obligations and all expenses incurred under and in accordance with this Agreement shall be for and on behalf of Lessee and for Lessee’s account, except the services referred to in Article V, which shall be rendered and performed by Manager or its Affiliates at their expense and not separately charged to Lessee, except as otherwise provided in Section 10.2.
