Common use of Expenses Incurred by Manager on Behalf of Owner Clause in Contracts

Expenses Incurred by Manager on Behalf of Owner. Everything done by Manager in the performance of its obligations and all expenses incurred under this Agreement shall be for and on behalf of Owner and for its account except the services referred to in Article V hereof, which shall be rendered and performed by Manager or its Affiliates at their expense and not separately charged to Owner, except as otherwise provided in Article V.
