Common use of Expenses incurred by Proposer Clause in Contracts

Expenses incurred by Proposer. All expenses incurred by Proposer in responding to the RFP shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer. Should the successful Proposer pay or incur expenses for plans, preparation, materials, supplies and equipment prior to execution of the contract by the ACC, such expenses shall be considered as having been made at Proposer’s sole risk and expense and shall not obligate the ACC in any way to reimburse such expenses.
