Common use of Expenses Incurred by Secured Party Clause in Contracts

Expenses Incurred by Secured Party. If Pledgor fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements or covenants contained in this Agreement, and Secured Party performs or complies, or otherwise causes performance or compliance, with such agreement or covenant in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, then the reasonable expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection with such performance or compliance will be payable by the Pledgor to the Secured Parties on demand and will constitute Obligations secured by this Agreement.

Expenses Incurred by Secured Party. If Pledgor fails fail to perform or comply with any of its agreements or covenants contained in this Agreement, and Secured Party performs or complies, or otherwise causes performance or compliance, with such agreement or covenant in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, then the reasonable expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection with such performance or compliance will be payable by the Pledgor to the Secured Parties on demand and will constitute Obligations secured by this Agreement.

If either the Company or Pledgor fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements or covenants contained in this Agreement, and Secured Party performs or complies, or otherwise causes performance or compliance, with such agreement or covenant in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, then the reasonable expenses of Secured Party incurred in connection with such performance or compliance will be payable by the Company or Pledgor to the Secured Parties on demand and will constitute Obligations secured by this Agreement.
