Expenses Incurred by the Management Parties on Behalf of Lessee. Everything done by the Management Parties in the performance of their obligations and all expenses incurred under and in accordance with this Agreement shall be for and on behalf of Lessee and for Lessee’s account, except the services referred to in Article V, which shall be rendered and performed by the Management Parties or their Affiliates at their expense and not separately charged to Lessee, except as otherwise provided in Section 10.2.
