Expenses Incurred in Enforcing Rights. If any action at law or in equity or any arbitration proceeding is brought to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, each Party shall bear its own attorney’s fees and costs, including expert fees, incurred therein, whether incurred before or after judgment or arbitration award.
