Common use of Expenses incurred on treatment for Named Ailments / Procedures Clause in Contracts

Expenses incurred on treatment for Named Ailments / Procedures. The Company will indemnify the Insured Person for Medical Expenses incurred in respect of the below mentioned Ailments / Procedures up to the amount specified against each and every Ailment / Procedure mentioned in the Policy Certificate in a Policy Year, provided that the treatment was taken on the advice of a Medical Practitioner. (These conditions will apply only if specifically mentioned in the Policy Certificate)
