Expenses incurred on treatment for Named Ailments / Procedures. The Company will indemnify the Insured Person for Medical Expenses incurred in respect of the below mentioned Ailments / Procedures up to the amount specified against each and every Ailment / Procedure mentioned in the Policy Certificate in a Policy Year, provided that the treatment was taken on the advice of a Medical Practitioner. (These conditions will apply only if specifically mentioned in the Policy Certificate) i. Treatment of Cataract ii. Treatment of Total Knee Replacement iii. Surgery for treatment of all types of Hernia iv. Hysterectomy
