Expenses Incurred While in Travel Status. On The Owner’s Behalf (1) Air Travel – Reimbursed at the lesser of actual cost or airline coach rates when such travel is required and authorized by the Owner in furtherance of work hereunder and supported by legible copies of airline tickets. Official travel shall be by the most direct routing and Consultant shall maximize savings whenever possible including advance purchase options.
