Common use of Expenses of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Administrative Agent. As provided in the Agreement, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay on demand all costs and expenses incurred by Administrative Agent, or its Affiliates, in connection with the preparation, negotiation, and execution of this Amendment and the other Transaction Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, without limitation, the reasonable costs and fees of legal counsel, and all costs and expenses incurred by Administrative Agent and each Lender in connection with the enforcement or preservation of any rights under the Agreement, as amended hereby, or any other Transaction Documents, including, without, limitation, the reasonable costs and fees of legal counsel.
