Expenses of Attorney-in-Fact. The expenses of the Purchaser incurred in connection with actions undertaken as provided in this Section 12, together with interest thereon at a rate equal to the lower of (i) the highest rate permitted by applicable law, and (ii) one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, compounded monthly, shall be payable by such Grantor to the Purchaser on demand.
