Common use of EXPENSES OF CITBC Clause in Contracts

EXPENSES OF CITBC. As provided in the Agreement, the Companies agree to pay on demand all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by CITBC in connection with the preparation, negotiation, and execution of this Amendment and the other Loan Documents executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, without limitation, the reasonable costs and fees of CITBC's legal counsel, and all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by CITBC in connection with the enforcement or preservation of any rights under the Agreement, as amended hereby, or any other Loan Documents, including, without limitation, the reasonable costs and fees of CITBC's legal counsel.
