Common use of Expenses of Directors Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Directors. The Corporation shall reimburse all directors for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in attending meetings of the Board of Directors or of any committee of the Board of Directors.

Expenses of Directors. The Corporation Company shall reimburse all any directors for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in attending meetings of designated by the Purchaser to the Board of Directors or for all reasonable expenses incurred by any such director in connection with the carrying out of any committee such director's duties to the Company, including without limitation travel, entertainment, meals, lodging and related expenses in connection with such directors' attendance at meetings of the Company's Board of DirectorsDirectors or committees thereof.
