Expenses of Enforcement, Etc. Subject to the terms of the Credit Agreement, after the occurrence of a Default under the Credit Agreement, the Lenders shall have the right at any time to direct the Administrative Agent to commence enforcement proceedings with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations. The Guarantors agree to reimburse the Administrative Agent and the Lenders for any costs and out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and time charges of attorneys for the Administrative Agent and the Lenders), paid or incurred by the Administrative Agent or any Lender in connection with the collection and enforcement of amounts due under the Loan Documents, including without limitation this Guaranty. The Administrative Agent agrees to distribute payments received from any of the Guarantors hereunder to the Lenders on a pro rata basis for application in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement.
