Expenses of Landlord. Upon the occurrence of an event of default, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary and whether or not Landlord terminates this Lease, Tenant shall promptly, upon request, reimburse Landlord for all costs and expenses reasonably incurred in enforcing this Lease, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
