Common use of Expenses of Parent Registration Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Parent Registration. All expenses (other than underwriting discounts and commissions related to the Registrable Securities) incurred, in connection with any registration pursuant to this Section 2.2, including all registration, filing, and qualification fees, printers' and accounting fees, fees and disbursements of counsel for Parent and the fees and disbursements of one counsel for the selling Holders (not to exceed $50,000 per registration) selected by the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities shall be borne by Parent regardless of whether such Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC.

Expenses of Parent Registration. All expenses (other than underwriting discounts and commissions related to the Registrable Securities) incurred, incurred in connection with any registration pursuant to this Section 2.2, including all registration, filing, and qualification fees, printers' ’ and accounting fees, fees and disbursements of counsel for Parent and the fees and disbursements of one counsel for the selling Holders (not to exceed $50,000 per registration) selected by the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities to be included (not to exceed $100,000 per registration) shall be borne by Parent regardless of whether such Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC.

Expenses of Parent Registration. All expenses (other than underwriting discounts and commissions related to the Registrable Securities) incurred, in connection with any registration pursuant to this Section 2.2, including all registration, filing, and qualification fees, printers' ’ and accounting fees, fees and disbursements of counsel for Parent and the fees and disbursements of one counsel for the selling Holders (not to exceed $50,000 per registration) selected by the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities shall be borne by Parent regardless of whether such Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC.

Expenses of Parent Registration. All The Parent shall bear and pay all expenses (other than underwriting discounts and commissions related to the Registrable Securities) incurred, incurred in connection with any registration registration, filing or qualification of Registrable Securities with respect to the registrations pursuant to this Section 2.22.1 hereof for each Holder (which right may be assigned as provided in Section 2.8 hereof), including (without limitation) all registration, filing, and qualification fees, printers' printers and accounting fees relating or apportionable thereto and the fees, fees but excluding underwriting discounts and disbursements of counsel for Parent and the fees and disbursements of one counsel for the selling Holders (not commissions relating to exceed $50,000 per registration) selected by the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities shall be borne by Parent regardless of whether such Registration Statement is declared effective by the SECSecurities.
