Expenses of Parties. The expenses of the COUNTY and the CAB incurred in carrying out its respective obligations for governance and operation of the Health Center pursuant to this Agreement shall be considered expenses incurred in furtherance of the health center program and thus shall be reimbursed in accordance with applicable program requirements and the fiscal policies of the COUNTY.
