Expenses of Registration; Cooperation. (a) All Registration Expenses incurred in connection with any Registration, qualification or compliance pursuant to this Article I shall be borne by the Company, except that the costs and expenses of more than one special counsel to any Stockholder shall be borne by such Stockholder.
