EXPENSES OF REQUESTED REGISTRATION. The Company shall pay all Company Registration Expenses incurred in connection with each registration, qualification or compliance pursuant to Section 2(a), and the Requesting Shareholder will pay its Requesting Shareholder Registration Expenses.
