Expenses of Secured Party. Debtor shall pay to Secured Party all reasonable expenses and expenditures, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, incurred or paid by Secured Party in exercising or protecting its interests, rights and remedies under this Security Agreement, plus interest thereon at a rate equal to the Highest Lawful Rate, subject to any limitations on certain of such expenses and expenditures set forth in the Loan Agreement.
