Common use of Expenses of Secured Party Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Secured Party. Debtor shall pay to Secured Party all reasonable expenses and expenditures, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, incurred or paid by Secured Party in exercising or protecting its interests, rights and remedies under this Security Agreement, subject to any limitations on certain of such expenses or expenditures set forth in any of the Loan Documents. The amount of all such expenses and expenditures shall be due and payable by Debtor to Secured Party on demand and shall bear interest at the Default Rate.

Expenses of Secured Party. Debtor shall pay to Secured Party all reasonable expenses and expenditures, including, without limitation, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, incurred or paid by Secured Party in exercising or protecting its interests, rights and remedies under this Security Agreement, plus interest thereon at a rate equal to the Highest Lawful Rate, subject to any limitations on certain of such expenses or and expenditures set forth in any of the Loan Documents. The amount of all such expenses and expenditures shall be due and payable by Debtor to Secured Party on demand and shall bear interest at the Default RateAgreement.
