Common use of Expenses of Selling Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Selling Shareholders. The Selling Shareholders will pay all expenses incident to the performance of their obligations under, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated by, this Agreement which are not otherwise specifically provided for in this Section, including (i) any stamp duties, capital duties and stock transfer taxes, if any, payable upon the sale of the Securities to the Underwriter and (ii) the fees and disbursements of their counsel and other advisors.
