Common use of Expenses of the Bank Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Bank. The Borrower will, on demand, reimburse the Bank for all out-of-pocket expenses, including the reasonable fees and expenses of legal counsel for the Bank, incurred by the Bank in connection with the preparation, administration, amendment, modification, or enforcement of the Loan Documents and the collection or attempted collection of the Note.

Expenses of the Bank. The Borrower will, on demand, reimburse the Bank for all out-of-pocket reasonable expenses, including the reasonable fees and expenses of legal counsel for the Bank, incurred by the Bank in connection with the preparation, administration, amendment, modification, modification or enforcement of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the collection or attempted collection of the Loans and the Revolving Note.
