Expenses of the Board of Administration. The compensation of the Impartial Chairperson, which shall be in such amount and on such basis as may be determined by the other members of the Board, shall be shared equally by the company and the union. The company members and the union members of the Board and of Local S.U.B.P. Committee shall serve without compensation from the Fund. Reasonable and necessary expenses of the Board for forms and stationery required in connection with the handling of appeals shall be borne by the company.
