Expenses of the Investment Manager. In consideration for the Management Fee, the Investment Manager shall pay, without reimbursement by the Company, all of its own ordinary administrative, operating and overhead expenses and, except as provided herein, the Investment Manager and its Affiliates shall be responsible for the expenses of providing their services to the Company, including overhead expenses (including general systems and technology, but excluding systems, data and technology developed or purchased for the predominant benefit of the Company’s investment program), office expenses and compensation of their respective employees.
