Common use of Expenses of the Sublease Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Sublease. or the Assignment - If the sublease or the assignment is accepted, the Lessee shall reimburse the Lessor for the related administrative expenses, subject to the approval of the sublease or the assignment, which shall be payable by certified cheque and shall be remitted at the time of signature of the agreement of sublease or of assignment.
