Common use of Expenses of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Transfer. The Company will from time to time promptly pay, subject to the provisions of Section 6.01, 6.02 and paragraph (d) of Section 2.02, all taxes and charges that may be imposed upon the Company in respect to the issuance or delivery of Warrant Shares upon the exercise of this Warrant by the Warrantholder.

Expenses of Transfer. The Company will from time to time promptly pay, subject to the provisions of Section 6.01, 6.02 and paragraph (df) of Section 2.02, all taxes and charges that may be imposed upon the Company in respect to the issuance or delivery of Warrant Shares upon the exercise of this Warrant by the Warrantholder.

The Company will from time to time promptly pay, subject to the provisions of Section 6.01, 6.02 6.01 and paragraph (d) of Section 2.02, all taxes and charges that may be imposed upon the Company in respect to the issuance or delivery of Warrant Shares upon the exercise of this Warrant by the Warrantholder.

The Company will shall from time to time promptly pay, subject to the provisions of Section 6.01, 6.02 SECTION 6.01 and paragraph PARAGRAPH (dD) of Section OF SECTION 2.02, all documentary, stamp, transfer or other transactional taxes and charges that may be imposed upon the Company in respect to the issuance or delivery of Warrant Shares upon the exercise of this Warrant by the Warrantholder.

Expenses of Transfer. The Company will shall from time to time promptly pay, subject to the provisions of Section 6.01, 6.02 6.01 and paragraph subsection (d) of Section 2.02, all documentary, stamp, transfer or other transactional taxes and charges that may be imposed upon the Company in respect to the issuance or delivery of Warrant Shares securities issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant by the WarrantholderWarrant.
