Common use of Expenses of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Trustee. The Client agrees to reimburse the Trustee for all pre-approved in writing (email or otherwise) out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Trustee in providing the services pursuant to this Agreement. Such expenses shall be reimbursed within thirty (30) days of submission to the Client of Trustees invoice and appropriate support for such expenses.
