Common use of Expenses on Default Clause in Contracts

Expenses on Default. In the event the City should default under any of the provisions of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the Trustee should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the payments due hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation on the part of the defaulting party herein contained, the City agrees that it will on demand therefor pay to the Trustee the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred by the Trustee.
