Common use of Expenses Paid by Owner Clause in Contracts

Expenses Paid by Owner. The following costs are to be paid directly by Owner (or Legacy, acting on Owners behalf): (a) Any and all costs necessary for the management, operation and maintenance of the Property, provided such costs are provided for and are within the limits of the Approved Operating Budget or specifically approved in writing by Owner; (b) Capital expenditures provided for in the Approved Capital Budget or authorized in writing by Owner and directed by Owner to be incurred by Property Manager; and (c) Any and all costs necessary for emergency expenses as provided in Section 2.02(f). Property Manager shall not be obligated to make any advance to or for the account of Owner or to pay any sums except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
