EXPENSES PAID BY THE CORPORATION. The Corporation, with respect to the Fund, shall bear all expenses of its organization, operations, and business not specifically waived, assumed, or agreed to be paid by the Investment Manager as provided in this Agreement or any other agreement between the Corporation and the Investment Manager.
