Expenses Paid by the Fund. The Fund shall bear all expenses of its organization, operation, and business not specifically waived, assumed, or agreed to be paid by the Administrator or the Sub-Administrator, as provided in this Agreement, the Administrative Services Agreement or any other agreement between the Fund and the Administrator or the Sub-Administrator, and as described in the Fund's then-current Prospectuses and Statements of Additional Information.
