Expenses Paid by the Subadviser. The Subadviser will pay the cost of maintaining the staff and personnel necessary for it to perform its obligations under this Agreement, the expenses of office rent, telephone, telecommunications and other facilities it is obligated to provide in order to perform the services specified in Section 2, and any other costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder.
