Common use of Expenses Paid by the Trust Clause in Contracts

Expenses Paid by the Trust. All expenses of the Trust not allocated to the Advisor pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof shall be paid by the Trust, including, but not limited to the following: (A) Interest and taxes, if any; (B) Brokerage commissions; (C) Compensation (if any) and expenses of its Trustees; (D) Legal, audit and accounting expenses; (E) Fees and expenses of the Custodian; (F) Costs of appropriate insurance written by reputable insurers for the Trust and its interests; (G) Expenses incidental to holding meetings of the Trustees or its Participants; (H) Nonrecurring expenses as may arise, including litigation affecting the Trust and the legal obligations which the Trust may have to indemnify its officers and Trustees with respect thereto; and (I) Trust operations expenses incurred directly by the Trust and authorized by the Trustees.
