Common use of Expenses Payable by the Company Clause in Contracts

Expenses Payable by the Company. Subject to Section 2(c), the Company shall pay all of its costs and expenses and shall reimburse the Manager or its affiliates for expenses of the Manager and its affiliates incurred on behalf of the Company or its subsidiaries, excepting only those expenses that are specifically the responsibility of the Manager pursuant to Section 2(a) of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is specifically agreed that the following costs and expenses of the Company or any subsidiary shall be paid by the Company and shall not be paid by the Manager or affiliates of the Manager:
