Expenses Upon Default. In the event of a default by a party hereto (the "Defaulting Party") which results in the filing of a lawsuit for damages, specific performance, or other remedy the other party (the Nondefaulting Party) shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Defaulting Party of reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by the Nondefaulting Party in the event the Nondefaulting Party prevails.
