EXPERIENCE AND RESOURCES. Company Profile Founded in 1983, HdL is a consortium of three companies established to maximize local government revenues by providing audit, compliance, economic development, consulting services and software products. Its audit and consulting services include sales, use and transaction taxes, property taxes, transient occupancy taxes, and a Cannabis Management Program.
