EXPERIENCE CREDIT FREEZE FOR NON-PERFORMANCE. 1. Any teacher who has been placed on the remediation sequence as defined in the Weld Re- 5J certified personnel evaluation system for any or all of the current school year shall not be entitled to, nor receive, experience credit for that year on the Re-5J salary schedule. Denial of said experience credit shall be permanent, and the staff member shall not receive that credit at any time in the future regardless of evaluative sequence status or change. In addition, to guard against error, the following informal process will be put into place.
