EXPERIENCED ASSIGNEE. Assignee acknowledges that it is an experienced and sophisticated owner of commercial real estate such as the Property and that it has been given a full and complete opportunity to conduct such investigations, examinations, inspections and analyses of the Property and Purchase Agreement as Assignee, in its absolute discretion, has deemed appropriate. Assignee further acknowledges that, except for Assignor Representations, Assignee has not relied upon any statements, representations or warranties by Assignor or any agent of Assignor;
