Common use of Experimental Material Clause in Contracts

The Parties acknowledge that the Transferred Materials are experimental in nature and may have unknown characteristics and therefore agrees to use prudence and reasonable care in the use, handling, storage, transportation and disposition and containment of the Transferred Materials.
