Expert Responsibilities. 106. The Expert will provide technical assistance to help LDH comply with its obligations under the Agreement. The Parties will cooperate fully with the Expert. The Expert will also analyze and report on data reflecting LDH’s progress in complying with all sections of this Agreement. Where the Expert’s review and approval is required under a term of this Agreement, the Expert shall not withhold approval if the State’s proposal is consistent with the goals and terms of this Agreement.
