Expert Services. Subject to Agency’s prior approval, Agency will reimburse Outside Counsel for the reasonable and necessary cost of expert services.

Expert Services. At the request of the Board, the Contractor shall make available to the Department qualified medical consultants to assist the Department in its reviews of questionable claims, claims recommended for denial for medical reasons, reconsiderations and appealed claim determinations.

At the request of the BOARD or DEPARTMENT, the CONTRACTOR shall make available to the DEPARTMENT qualified compliance consultants to assist the DEPARTMENT in its reviews of BENEFIT PROGRAM design, plan compliance, and claims administration. Mailing & Postage. The CONTRACTOR will pay for all mailing, postage and handling costs for the distribution of materials as required by Section 140 Informational Materials, Website below, or by other express provisions in this AGREEMENT.
Expert Services. “Expert Services” mean secure web design and website cleaning services, either manually or automatically through services such as the SiteLock’s Secure Malware Alert & Removal Tool (SMART). In the event SiteLock provides Expert Services to Customer, Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees to allow SiteLock to perform any and/or all of the following: (i) Use credentials provided by Customer to log in to Customer’s website through Customer’s control panel and/or FTP; (ii) Download Customer’s website including but not limited to the website images, pages, code, database, and any associated applications related to Customer’s website; (iii) Diagnose, repair, and/or remove any malware or links to malware, modify code to remove vulnerabilities identified to be database or cross-site scripting types of hacks; (iv) Perform web design services and/or create new webpages; (v) Re-upload Customer’s website and/or modify Customer’s login credentials to any application, account, and/or related matters; (vi) Contact Customer’s hosting company on the customer’s behalf;
Expert Services. So long as Expert’s name appears in the Engine International, Inc. listing of active Experts, Expert will be reasonably available to respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries from Engine clients, and will diligently provide to such clients accurate and complete information, advice and assistance to the best of his or her ability with respect to the subject matter of such inquiries. While it is expected that such services will be provided by direct telephone or e-mail exchange of information between Expert and Engine clients, a limited review of materials and calculations related to such telephone or e-mail exchanges may be necessary to adequately respond to the client’s inquiries. In rendering services hereunder, Expert shall at all times be an independent contractor. Responsibility for any third-party claims for damages arising out of client’s use or inability to use the information provided by Expert will be assumed by the client unless the third-party claim is the direct result of the gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing of Expert.
Expert Services xxx.xxxx-xx.xx The European Works Council may decide, in order to fulfill its role effectively and if it proves necessary, to employ the services of an expert of its choice if it needs to deal with a particular subject requiring specific expertise due to its importance and/or complexity. The choice of expert, and the purpose and terms and conditions of his assignment, shall be decided on after consultation between the management and Council members. The expert is not a regular member of Council meetings. On invitation from the Council, the expert shall present the results of his work which shall fall under one of the points on the agenda of the Council meeting in question. Associated expenses shall be covered by AREVA once the management has approved the estimated cost.
Expert Services. If we determine that any support request falls outside the scope of your purchased Services, we will let you know. We may agree to provide custom services for a fee, or on a per service basis. You will have the opportunity to approve any quoted fee. We reserve the right to charge such fees prior to commencement of work. If we do not agree to provide customer services we will not provide you with referrals. We are not responsible for and will not provide assistance with any issue(s) that arise beyond fourteen days of any Expert Services. You agree that our support personnel may contact you by email or by phone. Emails will be retained as a part of your account records as described in our Privacy Policy which is located HERE Phone calls may be recorded for training and other purposes and retained as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services if doing so will expose our personnel to harassment or what we deem unreasonable conduct. This includes objectionable materials such as pornographic, X-rated, sexually explicit, or otherwise tasteless text, materials, images, products or services (including, but not limited to: massage, dating, escort or prostitution services). All Support is available on a “best efforts” basis. We provide no guaranty that we will be able to resolve your issues or that our assistance, if successful, will continue to work for you. Our support services are limited. In the case of an inoperable failure or defect, we will limit our technical support to restoring any applicable software program to its original state, assuming you have retained and provided copies to which you hold a fully-paid license. We will not undertake to re-configure or install data or undertake customized services.
Expert Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Term, Customer may obtain Expert Services in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit A.
