Expert Services. Subject to Agency’s prior approval, Agency will direct SPS, ETI, or SWEPCO, as determined by Agency’s designated representative, to reimburse Outside Counsel for the reasonable and necessary cost of expert services.
Expert Services. ‌ a. At the request of the DEPARTMENT, the CONTRACTOR must make available qualified medical consultants to assist the DEPARTMENT in its reviews of questionable claims, claims recommended for denial for medical reasons, reconsiderations, and appealed claim determinations. b. The CONTRACTOR must have legal and technical staff available to the DEPARTMENT for consultation as needed for program administration, and for assistance with any appeals processes. c. The CONTRACTOR must monitor the development of and provide notification and information to the DEPARTMENT in a timely manner concerning state or federal regulations or legislation that may affect the HEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAM.
Expert Services. Appen will provide Expert Services to Customer as described in the applicable Order Form. Expert Services may be performed by Appen or a Contributor. Contributors who perform Tasks as a part of the Expert Services are Appen's independent contractors and not employees, agents, joint ventures or partners of Customer. This Agreement constitutes a contract for the provision of Services and not a contract of employment and accordingly Appen shall be fully responsible for all payments (including associated tax, contributions, or deductions required under law) to Contributors in consideration of the Tasks provided. 2.1.1. Each Party shall designate a Project Manager who shall work together with the other Party’s Project Manager to facilitate an efficient delivery of Expert Services. 2.1.2. Unless stated otherwise in an Order Form, Customer agrees to review Deliverables that are subject to Customer’s acceptance within five business days of receipt and notify Appen in writing of any requested revisions. Deliverables will be deemed accepted if Appen does not receive such written notice within the applicable review period or if Customer makes productive use of the Deliverables. Any notice of requested revisions to the Deliverables will state in reasonable detail the reasons for the requested revisions. Appen will make revisions consistent with the scope and in accordance with the other terms of the Order Form. Deliverables that are updated periodically with current information (such as status reports, project plans, and other similar or administrative information) do not require formal acceptance unless stated otherwise in an Order Form. 2.1.3. In order to change the description of Deliverables set forth in an Order Form, Customer will submit a written request to Appen specifying the proposed changes in detail and Appen will provide an estimate of the charges and anticipated changes in the delivery schedule that will result from the requested change in Expert Services. Appen will continue performing the Expert Services in accordance with the applicable Order Form until the parties agree in writing on the change in scope of work, scheduling, and fees.

In the event SiteLock provides Expert Services to Customer, Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees to allow SiteLock to perform any and/or all of the following: (i) Use credentials provided by Customer to log in to Customer’s website through Customer’s control panel and/or FTP; (ii) Download Customer’s website including but not limited to the website images, pages, code, database, and any associated applications related to Customer’s website; (iii) Diagnose, repair, and/or remove any malware or links to malware, modify code to remove vulnerabilities identified to be database or cross-site scripting types of hacks; (iv) Perform web design services and/or create new webpages; (v) Re-upload Customer’s website and/or modify Customer’s login credentials to any application, account, and/or related matters; (vi) Contact Customer’s hosting company on the customer’s behalf; (vii) Contact Google, Phishtank and/or other malware listing authorities on the Customer’s behalf; and (viii) Customer’s may also use SiteLock’s SMART (Secure Malware Alert & Removal Tool) to perform scans in addition to the activities discussed in section 13(a)(i) through (iv) above.

Expert Services xxx.xxxx-xx.xx The European Works Council may decide, in order to fulfill its role effectively and if it proves necessary, to employ the services of an expert of its choice if it needs to deal with a particular subject requiring specific expertise due to its importance and/or complexity. The choice of expert, and the purpose and terms and conditions of his assignment, shall be decided on after consultation between the management and Council members. The expert is not a regular member of Council meetings. On invitation from the Council, the expert shall present the results of his work which shall fall under one of the points on the agenda of the Council meeting in question. Associated expenses shall be covered by AREVA once the management has approved the estimated cost.
