Specialty Services. The Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the relevant phase of the Project shall provide inter alia the Healthcare Services ("Specialties") commencing from not later than Appointed Date on “as is where is “ basis and from COD of Phase-0, such Healthcare Services as described in Schedule M: For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Specialties specified in Schedule M are only minimum and the Concessionaire may, at its discretion, provide any other additional services.
Specialty Services. Owner Parties may designate certain portions of the Project as Design-Assist or Design-Build. If so designated, such Design-Assist or Design-Build, as the case may be, shall proceed in two phases – the design phase and the construction phase – each authorized by a separate Notice to Proceed. If Owner Parties require Design-Assist or Design-Build services, Construction Manager shall provide such services through an applicable Subcontractor (the “Specialty Subcontractor”) for the fixed lump-sum price set forth in its accepted bid, procured in accordance with the Subcontracting process set forth in this Article 6. In the design phase, Specialty Subcontractor shall provide its preconstruction and design services to the Project Development Team. In the construction phase, Specialty Subcontractor shall perform its applicable Work as set forth in its Subcontract and the Construction Drawings and Specifications. Ownership of all documents and intellectual property a Specialty Subcontractor prepares for the Project, including reports, schedules, designs, drawings, and specifications, (“Specialty Subcontractor’s Work Product”), shall transfer to Owner if Owner so requests. In any event, each Specialty Subcontractor shall unconditionally and irrevocably transfer and assign to Owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license and right to use Specialty Subcontractor’s Work Product for anything associated with the Project, including construction, maintenance, and marketing.

Specialty Services. Where Director or designee, in his/her sole discretion, identifies the need for Services related to a unique, and possibly large scale element, activity, sub-program or Project within the Program and such Services are unavailable from within the City’s personnel resources, hereinafter Specialty Services, Consultant shall provide a Work Order Proposal for the performance of said Services. Said proposal shall identify, in such detail as deemed appropriate by the Director or designee, the nature of the proposed Services, the extent of manpower and other resources required for such Specialty Services, and the individual(s), firm(s) and/or team that has qualifications and expertise in the field of the subject endeavor. The assignment of Work as Specialty Services shall be made solely at the discretion of the Director, and will be accomplished by a Work Order issued pursuant to this Agreement. The award and execution of a Work Order or Notice to Proceed for said Specialty Services shall be solely at the City’s discretion and submittal of a proposal is no guarantee or assurance that the Consultant will be authorized to perform the Work as Specialty Services Compensation for any Specialty Services shall be separately negotiated and may be lump sum, hourly rate-based or other method as deemed appropriate by the parties.

Specialty Services. Some of the Service provided by SiteLock under the terms of this Agreement include without limitation Expert Services and VPN Services.
Specialty Services. In the event it is determined that an Inmate requires medical services that require physicians to be licensed in a specialty such as obstetrics, gynecology, dermatology or other specialized field of medicine (“Specialty Service”), CCS shall arrange and bear the cost of the Specialty Service. CCS’s authorized physician will make such determination and refer Inmates for Specialty Services when, in the physician’s professional opinion, it is deemed medically necessary. CCS shall arrange on-site Specialty Services to the extent reasonably possible. To the extent Specialty Services are required and cannot be rendered on-site, CCS shall make appropriate off-site arrangements for rendering off-site care. In the event that Specialty Services are rendered off-site, CCS will arrange and bear the cost only if the Medical Director or designee approves the offsite Specialty Service. Costs for off-site Specialty Services shall be included in the Offsite Cap listed in Paragraph N. However, other than for ambulance services which are the responsibility of CCS, the County shall be responsible for the cost of transportation and security related to such offsite Specialty Service.
Specialty Services. When Youth require the services of a medical specialist, UTMB shall be responsible for arranging for the specialty care. Specialty care will be obtained from local providers. UTMB will maintain subcontractors for this specialty care as necessary and be responsible making certain that the documentation regarding the results of the visit and recommendations of the specialist are reviewed and signed by the facility provider and scanned into the electronic health record. In the event a UTMB Provider does not concur with a specialist’s written recommendations, the Provider will consult with his/her supervising physician within one week of the recommendation and document that conversation in the Youth’s electronic health record. The Provider will then document an alternative treatment plan supported by the supervising physician.
