Common use of Expertise of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Expertise of Consultant. Consultant accepts the relationship of trust and confidence established between it and the County, recognizing that the County’s intention and purpose in entering into this Agreement is to engage an entity with the requisite capacity, experience, and professional skill and judgment to provide the Work in pursuit of the timely and competent completion of the Work undertaken by Consultant under this Agreement.
