Common use of Expiration and Termination Clause in Contracts

Expiration and Termination. 12.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon 30 days written notice to the other party. To the extent funds are available, the Governmental Unit shall receive reimbursement in accordance with the terms of this Agreement through the date of termination. 12.2 Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Governmental Unit shall provide the MNHITF Commander all investigative equipment that was acquired under this Agreement.
