EXPIRATION OF BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL CONTRACT. Failure of the Buyer to complete one of the following within the respective time frames shall constitute acceptance of the Property regardless of its condition: 1) Perform any Investigations, Inspections or Reviews. 2) Deliver a written list of objections or items to be treated, repaired and replaced.
